Leviticus 22:21

And whoso­ev­er of­fer­eth a sac­ri­fice of peace of­fer­ings unto the LORD to ac­com­plish his vow, or a freewill of­fer­ing in beeves or sheep, it shall be per­fect to be ac­cept­ed; there shall be no blem­ish there­in.
