Jeremiah 47:4

— Be­cause of the day that cometh to spoil all the Philistines, and to cut off from Tyrus and Zi­don ev­ery helper that re­maineth: for the LORD will spoil the Philistines, the rem­nant of the coun­try of Caph­tor.
