Isaiah 28:16

— There­fore thus saith the Lord GOD, Be­hold, I lay in Zion for a foun­da­tion a stone, a tried stone, a pre­cious cor­ner stone, a sure foun­da­tion: he that be­lieveth shall not make haste.
