Isaiah 19:17

— And the land of Ju­dah shall be a ter­ror unto Egypt, ev­ery one that maketh men­tion there­of shall be afraid in him­self, be­cause of the coun­sel of the LORD of hosts, which he hath de­ter­mined against it.
