Ezekiel 44:9

Thus saith the Lord GOD; No stranger, un­cir­cum­cised in heart, nor un­cir­cum­cised in flesh, shall en­ter into my sanc­tu­ary, of any stranger that is among the chil­dren of Is­rael.
