— More­over thou shalt pro­vide out of all the peo­ple able men, such as fear God, men of truth, hat­ing cov­etous­ness; and place such over them, ­to be rulers of thou­sands, and rulers of hun­dreds, rulers of fifties, and rulers of tens:
