— And he thought scorn to lay hands on Morde­cai alone; for they had shewed him the peo­ple of Morde­cai: where­fore Haman sought to de­stroy all the Jews that were through­out the whole king­dom of Aha­suerus, even the peo­ple of Morde­cai.
